CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! To respect the time and care reserved for each client, the following policies are in place: Cancellation Policy All appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in the loss of 50% of your retained treatments. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the card on file will be charged 100% cost of the retained treatments. Same-day cancellations may be charged in two separate transactions (retainer and remaining balance). Illness Policy Your health, and the health of those in our space, is our highest priority. If you or a member of your household is experiencing signs of illness or has been exposed to a contagious condition, please notify us immediately to reschedule. Appointments cancelled due to illness will not incur a fee. All clients are required to complete the illness questionnaire prior to their appointment.
