We understand that life happens! To respect the time and care reserved for each client, the following policies are in place: Cancellation Policy All appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the card on file will be charged 100% of the booked service cost. Same-day cancellations may be charged in two separate transactions (deposit and remaining balance). Illness Policy Your health, and the health of those in our space, is our highest priority. If you or a member of your household is experiencing signs of illness or has been exposed to a contagious condition, please notify us immediately to reschedule. Appointments cancelled due to illness will not incur a fee. All clients are required to complete the illness questionnaire prior to their appointment.
